Photography has always fascinated me. It is only recently that I have been able to devote any time to study and practice. I used to shoot primarily 35mm print and slide film. I now find that digital photography, with its numerous advantages, is more fun. Until recently, the format didn't allow for high-enough quality within a reasonable budget. The Nikon D-SLR I use is quite good; there are some amazing new Canon models that are the current state-of-the-art for consumer and pro-sumer gear.
My favorite subject matter varies from day to day. I enjoy nature and landscape, candid, automotive, glamour and figure, and portrait photography. I experiment with underwater and QuickTime VR panoramic techniques. I have done a few paid gigs, including a product catalog for
Executive K9 (not the current catalog). Most of the shots here were taken on vacations, where the photography usually took a back seat to the other activities of the trip. See ThereandBack.com for my two trips across the USA and a trip to the Philippines.

The Glamour & Figure section contains some nudity; if you find nudity offensive, don't go to that section. Please remember that all images are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any way without my permission.
